Leakhena Chan, Vice President of Strategic Engagements, has worked at Ridge Global since 2020 and is client liaison and manages contract support. Prior to Ridge Global, she worked consulting in an operations role and has interned for multiple federal US government agencies including the State Department, the Department of Education, and Department of Homeland Security through the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START), an emeritus Homeland Security Center of Excellence. She received her master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Strategy, Cybersecurity, and Intelligence, and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in Government & Politics.
